Working with Doug
Doug and I met when he came to work at Arrow Capstone in the 90's. It was apparent from the beginning that he was a bit over qualified for the position. He was very technical, great with customers and the other members of the Sales Team. Eventually we both left Arrow and went to work for other Distributors and then to competing Rep. Firms, Through the years I have kept up with Doug at industry functions and meetings.
Doug was a great man to work with a real professional.
