Hearing of Marcia's death today brought back memories of her response to my dad's emergency surgery. Driving through most of the night to get home, I arrived about 3am to be greeted by Marcia at the hospital. She filled me in on all the details and would not leave me until she knew I felt peaceful.
It was her nature to think of others first, to extend herself in times of need, and to create calm and care. It was her nature...
My thoughts and prayers are with her family and friends,
