Jack Edwin Nelson
Some 55 years have passed since my family resided on 4th S.W. there in Paris, while Edwin and his family resided some one block to the west. My older brother and I carried the Paris News during that time and the Nelson family was on my collection route. I always stopped by Edwin and Dale's home on Saturday mornings to collect for the paper and proceed to watch television with them. As many have stated on the tributes page, Edwin was the type of person whom you would like as your best friend. The same with Dale. Both brothers left this Earth way too early in life and they will be missed for many years to come by the individuals who had the special privilege of knowing them.
