Obituary for Rowdy Lee Wilson

Rowdy Lee Wilson
ROWDY LEE WILSON, spent so few days on this planet, but lay near his mother’s heart, each learning to love the other from that deep connection that belongs to a mother and her child. On August 19th, 2015 at 9:05 a.m., Rowdy was delivered prematurely to his loving parents and family, but his first breath of air was celestial, in the presence of Jesus, who said, “suffer the children to come unto me, and forbid them not; for of such is the kingdom of Heaven.”

A service to give thanks for Rowdy, and praise to God, who does all things well, will be held at the Living Word Pentecostal Church at 4:00 p.m. Thursday September 3rd, 2015, with Rev. Tiny Freelen officiating. Cremation arrangements were tenderly provided by Starrett Funeral Home.

Though never spending time in this world, he was dear to many, and touched many lives while yet unborn, including his parents Amber and Casey Wilson; brothers Kaeson and Ian Wilson; his sister, Raelynn Wilson; grandparents Terry and Jackie Myers and Jody and Lourie Thoms; uncles Josh Myers and Terry Myers, Jr.; aunt, Jennifer Wilson; and a loving great-grandmother, Doris Matlock. He is also loved and remembered by many great-aunts, great-uncles, and cousins.

His great-grandpa J.R. Matlock was already waiting in Heaven to receive God’s newest angel.
