The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Robert McDonald can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

David A Perez

My deepest condolences to Colleen, kids, and all those family and friends that loved Robert. I served with McD for 4 years as a Bomber Technician in the USAF. He was a talented, dedicated Airman, and a proud member of the elite Nuclear Reliability Force of the Strategic Air Command. More than that. He was my best friend, and I loved him like a brother. I will never forget all the good times we had together back in the day, and recently! I am saddened by your passing, dear friend but I know that in time, we'll be back at the fishin' hole, telling old stories, and older jokes. Having a good laugh and a cold beer. Happy to be in each others company again. God Bless you, dear friend. May we all be at peace. love, Dave
