Linda Barnett Haley, age 69, of Quinlan, Texas passed away Tuesday, June 5, 2018 at her residence. Funeral services will be 11:00 am Friday, June 8, 2018 in the Gene Roden Memorial Chapel of Roden-Pryor Funeral Directors with Rev. Jimmy Haley, Jr. officiating. Visitation will begin 1 hour prior to service time. Private interment will take place in Evergreen Cemetery.

Linda Joyce Barnett was born September 22, 1948 in Lamar County, Texas to Lowranza Wesley and Maggie Evelyn Sparks Barnett. She married Jimmy Ray Haley on June 1, 1963. They shared just shy of 54 years together before his death in April of this year. Linda was a loving mother, grandmother, and friend. She was a very strong woman and was always there for her family and friends, as well as anyone who needed a hand. Linda worked for L3 Communications for 20 plus years prior to her retirement. She loved to garden and always had beautiful flowers and a vegetable garden.

She was preceded in death by her husband and sons, Toby Haley & Johnny Haley. She is survived by a son, Jimmy Haley, Jr. and wife, Martha; a granddaughter, Chasity Haley and husband, Alex Black; a grandson, Toby Haley and fiance, Autumn Wascon; additional grandchildren, Heather Shields, Daniel Yanez, Frank Sizemore, Jr., Christopher Sizemore, Sr., and Misty Marinak and husband, Robert; great-grandchildren, Jacob Yanez, Avery Black, Bridget Haley, Jessica Crawford and husband, Kevin, Chris Sizemore, Jr., Landon Shields, and Brielle Shields; a great-great granddaughter, Raylee Crawford; a sister, Ethel Johnston, sister-in-law, Pat Raymond and husband, Dan; brothers-in-law, J.D. Haley and wife, Linda, and Darrell Haley; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
