Condolences

Condolence From: Laurie LaForge
Condolence: Neil was loved by so many here at Ridgeview Townhomes. He was always willing to help any that needed it. He often came to the office to visit with me. He always gave me a hug and would always say "I'll see ya later, Sis" on his way out the door. I always enjoyed our visits. I never knew from day to day if he was going to tell me that I was pretty or ugly. He was such a character. You couldn't help but love him. My heart is very sad and what a loss it is for those he left behind. I am thankful he is in a good place now and reunited with his wife. He loved her so much. You are terribly missed, Neil. I find myself looking for your little white SUV to pull in. I miss our visits already. You always made my day. My heart is truly sad. Rest in peace, my friend.

Condolence From: Scott Neal
Condolence: Papa, I'm gonna miss you more than anything. You and Nana took me in when I was a month old and raised me as your own son. We did everything together, remodeling our old house, rebuilding old cars, working on houses and buildings all over the place. Taking our road trips together, working out in the yard. You took me to all my baseball games and everything. You have taught me so much in our life time together. Most important, you taught me never to stop learning new things and never give up because you won't make it anywhere if you do. You were always funny and liked to joke around... but really the jokes on you.... just because you left doesn't mean you get out of listening to me still. LOL I love you and Nana. I hope ya'll are having a great time together.

Condolence: I really needed this last visit, Paparsons...I hadn't seen you since our last Family Reunion and it was so good to see you, even under the circumstances. You're one of my favorite grandparents, aside from Nana!! You're the best kind of funny/mean, in a caring way. I so enjoy all of your jokes and will miss them until I hear them again...I love you, you ugly old man

Condolence From: Linda Neal Hammond
Condolence: Neil, you are going to missed sorely. You raised me from a very young age and I am and was proud to be considered your daughter. You taught me everything I needed to be the person I am today and I thank you for that. I thank you the most though for loving my mother the way you did. Even after she passed away, you never once spoke of her in the past tense, just as if she had left the room. I will do my best to continue to make you proud. Say hello to momma for me and give her a great big hug from me too. Tell her I'll see you both the next time ya'll awake from your peaceful sleep. I love you old man! Your daughter, Linda
