Obituary for Douglas Odell Miller
Douglas Odell Miller, age 56, passed away peacefully at his home in Brookston on Friday, June 16, 2017 with family at his side. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Roden Pryor Funeral Directors. A family Memorial Service will be held at Lake Crook at 2:00 PM, Saturday, June 24, 2017. Doug was born July 7, 1960 in Paris to Delbert Odell and Annie Ruth (Evans) Miller. He worked as an animal control officer for the City of Paris.
Doug was preceded in death by his parents; a daughter, Tanika Kelley; and a granddaughter, Makayla Gordon. He is survived by his children, Vanda Gordon, Eric Miller and fiance, Tricia Walker, Candace Goodson and husband, Bobby, Miranda Ryals, and John Wayne Erwin; grandchildren, Nathaniel Gordon, Fancy Goodson, Jaydon Goodson, Mason Goodson, Bella Goodson, Xander Goodson, Ian Miller, Eli Miller, Emily Ryals, Dacota Walker, Dusty Walker, and Christian Walker; brothers, Michael Paul McDougal, Shawn McDougal, and Billy Miller; sisters, Christin Freeman, Mary Payne, and Lisa Brown, and Anna Miller; and an aunt, Dorothy Roberts.
